Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Harees (peeled wheat)
- 21/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. coriander, chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled vegetables
- 2 Tbsp oil, salt, white pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 whole black (dried) lemon

Preparation:
- Wash harees, add water and cook for 3 hours until tender, add more water when dried, allow to cool, blend or process until mashed.
- Fry onion, garlic and coriander. Add vegetables, mix well, add harees, salt, white pepper and lemon. Add water when needed, cook over low heat before serving.
