Ingredients:



    Dough:
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ Tsp. yeast
  • 1 Tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Powdered milk
  • 2 Tbs. Oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg yoke for an egg wash

    Filling:
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
  • ½ cup olive, slice
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated


Preparation:


  • Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add water and oil. Mix well. Knead until smooth, cover. Let stand in a warm place until double in size.
  • Divide the dough (about walnut size) flatten each piece on a floured surface, with a tablespoon spread the tomato sauce, add vegetables and cheese, close the edges. Brush with the egg wash, bake in a moderate heat oven until golden.
