Ingredients:
Dough:
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 1 ½ Tsp. yeast
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbs. Powdered milk
- 2 Tbs. Oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg yoke for an egg wash
Filling:
- 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
- ½ cup olive, slice
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation:
- Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add water and oil. Mix well. Knead until smooth, cover. Let stand in a warm place until double in size.
- Divide the dough (about walnut size) flatten each piece on a floured surface, with a tablespoon spread the tomato sauce, add vegetables and cheese, close the edges. Brush with the egg wash, bake in a moderate heat oven until golden.
