- 1 250 gram brick of Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 pouch of Taco seasoning
- 2 cups of salsa
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce (enuf to cover mixture)
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Soften cream cheese and mix well with sour cream.
2. Add taco seasoning mix and spread mixture over bottom of 9x9 dish.
3. Top with salsa, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and green onions.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Use torilla chips to scoop out dip.
