  • about 8 tomatoes-chopped not pureed, depending on how much you want
  • 1/2 to 1 whole purple onion-chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions-chopped
  • Cilantron(kinda to taste)-chopped
  • 2 chilis of your choice, we like anaheim or jalepeno-chopped and be careful!


  • chop everything up and serve chunky! So much better than that jarred stuff and great with alcoholic beverages, it tends to be spicy! Serve with big chips 'cause it's ALWAY popular here!
