This first section we've titled, "The California Experience".  It contains some pictures of the our various sojourns through the land of fruit and nuts in 1998.  We'll visit Uncle Lorenzo and Aunt Shari in Petaluma.  Visit with Grandma Angie while she plays with Burly, then take her for a drive along the Bodega Coast and visit the world renowned Bodega Landmark Studio.  We'll shoot out to Sonoma Valley to taste some vino and tour the wineries.  Finally, we'll drive out to Yosemite and take in the breath taking vistas.  Enjoy!  (Remember, you can click the small pictures to make them larger.)

These were taken in Petaluma on the ranch

This next section has some photos of a trip we made to California in 1992.  The highlight of the trip was a visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and a scuba dive in Monterey Bay's  world famous kelp forest.  I remember that it was foggy the day of the dive.  The water temperature was around 55 degrees - a little on the chilly side.  In the distance, we could see the Pebble Beach Golf Course and Country Club and I remember thinking as I prepared to dive into the kelp forest, "Who would want to golf on a day like today?".   Upon reflection, I bet the golfers were thinking, "Who would want to go scuba diving in 55 degree water today?".

Here we are feeding seagulls, playing on the beach, and meeting new friends.
