Ok. Alright already.....time for me to be brave and tell a little about me. First off...i am not currently married.....been there / done that a couple of times....my motto "I want a man in my life but not in my house"
I'm 44 (a very young 44) and have two great (usually) really good looking (always when they are clean) sons. And the most PERFECT grandson any "Granna" could have. Soon I'll get a picture page going to prove it.
Also, I love country western music and sometimes can be found at a little club here in Memphis called "Shooters" ("top of the hill in "Beautiful Downtown Raleigh") (gotta get a picture of HI-BALLS our head bartender to add to my picture page......)
Oh yes, I can't forget about my dog the only other female of the house...Brandi...
she is 14 and it saddens me to see her be so old...she is deaf now and almost blind but is the sweetest dog ever.....always knows when I'm feeling bad and just curls up at my feet to let me know she is there for me...
My best friend is my Mom. Isn't it funny that when you were young your parents were so dumb...but after you get past 25 you realize how smart they have become? Well anyway I really love my mother tremendously....and try very hard to let her know it as often as I can....I just hope my children feel the same about me when they "grow-up"....I remember a phrase I once read.....
BE NICE TO YOUR CHILDREN, THEY WILL CHOOSE YOUR NURSING HOME
So I try to be real nice to mine....they have threatened to put me in a corner nose first just out of reach of the telephone, computer, coffee pot and my cigarettes...(yes, i'm one
of those *evil* smokers polluting the air...)....
Enough of me.....here are some of my favorite links and friends on the net. Please honor them by visiting and leave a little of yourself in their guestbook. We all like to see who has been around and love suggestions to make our homes more pleasant for our visitors.
