I grew up in Nashville and hate what has happened to country music over the past few years.  Shania Twit, Leanne Whines, country "stars" trying to look like Vogue magazine models, rapping to a hillbilly beat, and the extreme commercialization of everything that was once great about this art form. Call your local radio stations and ask them to play more Patsy Cline, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Waylon, Willie, Dolly, Marty Robbins, David Allan Coe, and all the great artists that no longer get air play. Classic country is making a come back.  There are a few stations nationwide which have changed their format to "Classic" country.  Sure they play some new stuff, but it's not 24 hours of the mindless grind that comes out of New York, LA, and Nashville nowadays.   You Got A Problem With What I Said?
