The Clarke County chapter was chartered in February, 1951. At that time chapters from the Boyce Agricultural High School and Berryville High School joined together at the NEW consolidated Clarke County High School. Both parent chapters started their agriculture programs in 1919, and were original charter members of the FFV, Future Farmers of Virginia. They were chartered in the FFV, February, 1927.
Today the Clarke County FFA belongs to the Blue Ridge Federation, which are the FFA chapters located in the Northern part of the state: C.S. Monroe Vo-Tech FFA and Clarke County FFA.

Come in and learn more about our chapter activities. Of all the FFA activities during the year, one of the most active is the annual Citrus Fruit Fundraising event. Money raised from this event helps out the local Senior Citizen Center and the Homebound Meals program of Clarke County, Scholarships and many of the other FFA activities throughout the year. Plus we help raise over 1000 pounds of food for the Salvation Armys food banks from the Christmas Basket Program .
