Dead Livers in Nashville -- February 2001


Bass player Michael Schack presents a Dead Livers CD to Barry Coburn, CEO Atlantic
Records, Nashville Division. Barry is an expatriate Kiwi who also handled the Livers
in the early 1980s within  his "White Cloud" management group. His Yarra Bank studio
was where "I'd love to have a joint with Willie" was recorded.

 


Michael Schack on guitar and Bob Suffern on Pedal steel playing in a private studio
in Nashville. Note the Australian flag. Bob Suffern was the pedal steel player on "I'd
love to have a joint with Willie", "Star of the West" and "A stud like me". When this photo
was taken in Feb. 2001 he had resided in Nashville for several years.
