14th August 1999 saw the Admin of 1998-99 handing over to the new Admin of 1999-2000 during the Annual ROD parade, held at ACS Dover Road. After a rather ordinary parade, the Sec 4's gave their farewell speeches and then there was the ceremonial takeover held at the parade square. All thanks to the Sec 4's for having led the company more than reasonably in the past year, and welcome Sec 3's into the world of leadership. These young men have gone through 3 years of training in areas of leadership, fellowship and spirituality, and are finally ready and able to lead the company into the next millenium. All the best, guyz!
