Okay, enough basics... Let's set the scene... "Your Wedding Reception!"
You've just gotten married, you walk into the reception hall with your better half on your arm, it's time to Celebrate! You don't want to have to worry about how the reception is going to go. This will all be planed out ahead of time! I'll set up a time with you and your fiance' before your big day and we'll plan out "every detail" as to the order you want your reception to go, the styles of music, songs you really want to hear, songs that you don't... I'll work as Cordinator for your Reception, Master Of Ceremony so to say, doing the announcements; From the Toast by the Best Man/Maid Of Honor, or whoever, also giving you a chance to thank your guests, Cutting The Cake, Your First Dance, Parents Dance (Father Daughter / Mother Son dance is usually right after your first dance as husband and wife), Bouquet & Garter toss, Dollar Dance, (this is a cool way for your guests to actually get a chance to dance with the two of you and feel like they are helping out the wedding couple!) and anything else you'd like!
I also work with your photographer timing all those special pictures!
As an added feature I work in some Wedding Reception Photography of my own, catching professional quality digital candid shots of your reception and guests thoughout the evening. I've found that there is a nitch for additonal reception photography... a lot of times the photograher you have hired may only stay for the major pictures of the reception, first dance, parents dance, etc. There are so many other pictures, candid shots, that might be missed. Sure the cameras that are placed on the table are a great idea... until one of your guests young children decides to "play photographer" and you get beautiful pictures of the floor or ceiling... Ha! Ha! Even though you may have friends that are taking pictures why not have an extra eye out there taking quality digital photos for you. That's where my finace' Vivian and I come in, we shoot an average of 200 or so pictures thorughout the evening catching a lot of candid shots! Afterwards, I put these pictures on a CD for the Bride and Groom and send it to them.
Who knows we might catch that shot that no one else got!

Now your asking how much is this package going to cost$$$? Everyone knows weddings are expensive, sometimes even outragous! I do my best to be competive, keeping my rates reasonable. Some DJ's charge an extra $100 an hour after the contract expires to keep your party going... this can get expensive... I charge a flat fee for your reception, you don't have to keep an eye on the clock worring about "Extra Fees" when you and your guests are having the time of your life! I'm there for the duration of your reception. If your reception is in Casper, WY the rate would be $675.00 total, this includes the "Live" and "Dj'd music, from start to finsh,
~plus~ the digital reception photos we take transfered to CD and sent to you.
I travel all over, so rates might be a little higher if your reception is out Casper, to cover travel expences.
When you contract Rob Staffig Entertainment to do the music for your Wedding Reception you can be assured that the reception will flow smoothly without concern! There's music from the moment your guests start arriving, background to add some atmosphere, until the end of the reception.
