"Forever Lee Hom 2000 Concert", Leehom invites Lan Xin Mei, David Huang as guest singers.

After just receiving the title of "Year 2000 Special Firefighter Leader", Lee Hom has once again been named as the ambassdor of 「醫療網路」(some health website). He chose, as a pledge, to help spread awareness to people on how to make use of the site to gain more medical knowledge in order to have a better control of one's health. In return, the website took Lee Hom as a role model and specially designed a "u Care小宏宏遊戲" (U care Lee Hom) game, with the focus on whether Leehom has met the ideal health status, body-weight proportion and amount of calories taken, in the midst of his recent hectic shedule. This is a question that all fans would certainly care about. Hence after running a few tests, Lee Hom's health,body proportion and calorie intake has been ideal so far.

For more than a month, Lee Hom has been spending a lot of time in Shanghai filming his 1st movie, but yet his newly released mandarin album has received a very good response in sales. Therefore the limited amount of time he has in Taiwan, on this trip, is separated into 5 autograph sessions in Tai Zhong and Tai Nan and a upcoming "Forever Leehom 2000 Concert Bash" on 15/7/00 in Taipei Xian Zhong and Lian Dong gardens. All these are just to thank his supporting fans. In additon, yesterday during the website's press conference, Lee hom had specially thanked all the media parties from Taiwan whom had given their approval and support in his music. He has also prepared a gift of chocolates for the media parties. That was his favourite brand of chocolates back in the States. After consuming the chocolates, he said, there will be a note containing some romantic phrases. He had found that to be very heart warming hence he would like to share it with media friends.

On another note, during the concert on 15/7/00, Lee Hom would be inviting Lan Xin Mei and David Huang on stage to "biao ge" (challenge vocal power). Xin Mei was Leehom's partner 2 years ago when gracing the "Golden Melody Awards" red carpet. Lee hom had then expressed that if he were to have another concert, he would invite Xin Mei as a VIP. However Xin Mei was unable to attend, due to some matters, when Lee hom had one at the national convention center last year. But as soon as the details of this upcoming concert was confirmed, Lee hom immediately phoned and invited her. David Huang, on the other hand, had always been a person that Leehom admired, especially his musical creativity and live preformance skills. Recently, Lee hom flew specially to Hong Kong to enjoy a concert staged by David Huang. This time, with David as a guest in his concert to "biao ge", Lee hom is extremely excited and his fans are bound to have a great time. Also, the recording company has decided that from 12/7/00, they will give the new album a makeover. The main reason is to fight against piracy. Besides adding a comic booklet of fire safety precations and a souvenir badge, they will not make any changes to the songs content. This is to give those who bought his album earlier some fairness. Those who had bought his album earlier can seek to get to badge when they present his album at the concert venue.

After completing the series of concert in Taiwan, Lee hom will be heading towards Japan at the end of this month. He will be staging a concert with Taro Hakase, his first in breaking into the japanese market. Lee hom will then be in HongKong late august with Jeff Chang for a 2 night concert.
