Jeff and Leehom will hold a concert together.

Lian He Bao 8/8/00

Wang Leehom and Jeff Chang would be joining hands to stage a live concert in hong Kong at the end of this month. They had woked together before, together with Harlem Yu on a concert in Taiwan. The concert was a huge success hence the two decided to pair up again. Jeff joked, "Now with the old man gone, we bachelors must still hard!" He also expressed that both their music directions are quite different and to be able to stage this concert together is truely meaningful and a very refreshing change.

"Prince of Ballad", both Leehom and Jeff can play the violin. However, Leehom praised Jeff to be the best cantonese speaker among all the Taiwanese celebs. Yesterday, the duo tried to read out a "love letter", which comprises of names of their songs linked together, written to them by their fans in cantonese. Although some of the words did not really flow well, the duo really wanted to show their appreciation. They repeatedly empahsized that the concert will be focusing on their music, so fans don't expect any explosive acts or performance.

Leehom seem very tired yesterday. It's no wonder because he has been filming for an action movie, "The legend of the Iron Fist", everyday til six in the morning. Not long before, he had jet between Shanghai, Taiwan and Hong Kong, these three places for work and expressed that he had already accustomed to this kind of hectic lifestyle. However Leehom had quite a lot to say, when asked about Stanely Tong's new movie, "China Strike Force". He had personally hung on those wiring and did many dangerous stunts himself. No wonder he ended up with a body full of bruises.

Leehom pointed that the injuries are only minors and that the most grueling part was one scene, which needed him to be hung on the wires, which made him viomit a few times. It was unforgetable. The scene was that he was chasing his female lead, Norika Fujiwara and when jumping seven storeys down, she would suddenly pulled his necktie. Leehom was hung upside down for the scene then and he was afraid that he might "spill" most of the viomit on Norika Fujiwara's face. To add to the misery, the scene had to be shot in different angles and Leehom had been hung up there for more than 10 takes. How sad! Leehom proudly said that when his mom found out about the scene, she commented that he was very brave.

Leehom has some kissing scenes, in both "China's Strike Force" and "Legend of the Iron Fist", with his co-stars Lin Xin Ru and Gigi Leung respectively. he expressed that he does not mind the kissing scenes, just as long there are no bed scenes.
