HOWDY from Bob, Mikee, Jim, Janet and Vance: The Fake McCoys! We are a hard driving, traditional Bluegrass Band from Thunder Bay, Ontario in tropical Canada.

Together for three years, the Fake McCoys have played everything from house parties to an audience of 14,000 at the 1997 Canadian Scout Jamboree, and are comfortable in any situation. What they love the most though, is JAMMING, and this is the spirit they try to bring to their preformances. Whatever the venue, the Fake McCoys will make you feel like you're sitting in on an old time back porch jam. They are definately at their best up close and personal.
