The most important component of any Process control system is the
Automatic controller. We have incorporated a PID controller with our
software. As we have an ultimate aim in converging the Internet with
any machine we set out to control, we have a dialog box to set the PID
values which gives the Process Engineer everything he needs to know about
the current operating status of the Binary Distillation Column. It mainly
consists of: 1. The separate tabs for Feed, Reflux & reboiler loops. 2. Slide bars to set the value of the P,I & D controllers. 3. The most advanced PID algorithm. 4. The user can view the controller o/p in Voltages. 5. The user can view/modify the controller o/p as he wishes. Click here to see the Dialog Box.
