Stars
If a star could smile, it would smile for you. Glittering in the moonlight, shining on cue. Their joyful serenade catches your eye. Their twinkling brings a new light to your eyes. The Earth below is cool and mellow. I saw you in a dream. The newfallen dew moist on the ground below brings a pleasant hue. The blades of grass dance in the moonlight for you. The crickets echo in the distance and their song is for you. The trees sway in the breeze and shake for you. You are the constant in the rough and rocky world. This is your universe and everything in it is at your command. Lead us with your charm and wisdom and lead us not astray, but lead us to your heart. For in it we will find the joy which we seek.
THE ANGEL
An angel came to me last night. She spoke of love, peace, and happiness. She listened as I spoke. She reassured me that love would find its way to me. She said that everyone finds what they look for. She said I needed to concentrate my search so I knew what I was trying to find. The angel said follow your heart, for it will guide you in your quest. Love will be there, you don't have to look for it, because if the time is right it will find you. Found me it has. Darkness has become light, tears of pain dry up never to fall again. Sighs of joy fill the days. Passion in my contented heart. "Whisper to me," said the angel, "why are we here?" I responded "LOVE" in my weakened state. The angel began to smile as she disappeared, but in all the silence, I heard the angel's voice again, it whispered "LOVE."

I look in your eyes
You look in mine
I see the love and pain that
You show to me
I thought my search was hopeless
You showed me that it was not
I travelled many roads
You showed me the only one I need know
I searched for so long
You lured me in with your eyes
I need the love and compassion that
You give to me
I reach out to you
You put your hand in mine
I dream of the time we can spend
You make everything alright
I have peace inside me when
You show the love inside you with your eyes
Forever
Halo glistening in the moonlight, I saw her face in my dream. Her eyes beckoned me. My heart, left with little choice but to draw near. The vision of my angel in the moonlight. So stunning and captivating with her smile. Forever is a short time when I am with her. The object of my desire waits for me while I seek her. Too many nights I've spent alone wondering. With the angel's touch, my heart fills again and with my soothing touch, she is in heaven, right where she belongs. Waiting just to hear her voice penetrate my ears and whisper what I've longed to hear. So bold and modest all at the same time. I want to hold her when she needs me, though it's not always easy. Whisper to me softly and I will appear in your arms and you in mine. This embrace will last forever. Forever Just Won't Do...
Your hair glistens as you fuss with it. Your eyes catch mine and I am in a trance. With the buzz in the air and the sky all aglow, I can feel you with me. The need in your eyes. Eyes that ponder and gaze up at me. When I'm with you I feel unsure of how a man like me could deserve to be lucky enough to hold you, to kiss you, or to touch you. Your eyes as well as every single ounce of your existence are calling. How can I deny the call. I never wanted to be alone without you. As I smile again, I am reminded of the joy in my life. Joy without fear, content without misery. When the time comes to choose, may it be you that I choose. I know the answer as well as does the angel who is in my heart. I can't control myself darlin, I'm all caught up in you...
