Alabama 4/98 Tornado Pictures Page 1

© by: bertha fae (rudisill) desormeaux

The following pictures were either taken by me or for me with my camera.
There is an explantion below each of them telling what they are and where taken.

The above pictures are of the EM TRAC that I told you about on the main
page for this Disaster. As you can see, it is a very nice unit. In the bottom
picture you will see me sitting behind the wheel. I couldn't resist getting up
into it and getting the driver to take a picture for me just to say that I had
the "priviledge" of sitting behind the wheel of this awesome truck. :)

In the above pictures you can see not only the damage done to the houses
but if you will look in the trees, you will see various types of things such as
insulation, tin and clothing hanging in the branches and all the lumber laying
all over the place. These things aren't necessarily from the houses in this area,
they could have came from the next town or county.

If at any time, while you are visiting my Red Cross Disaster pages
and you see a picture of your "home or property", I will remove it.
But I will only do so after you have confirmed it to my satisfaction.
