At the Summit 99 Youth Convention in Springfield Illinois I met a terrific Christian Band called Barley Fish.

They played several times during the weekend. The crowd loved them, and so did I. They do a nice mix of music - some original - some cover, fun stage presence, and a real good attitude about their purpose as a band - communicating the message of God's love.

They've agreed to do the first recording of The Color of God which we are going to attempt to distribute to all Christian Church D.O.C. youth groups in the country. Ambitious? Sure, but what the heck!
