Differences Between Clogging Shoe Taps and Tap Shoe Taps

Tap shoe and clogging shoe taps are shaped basically the same. However, while Tap shoes generally only have one tap on both the heel and toe, Clogging shoes have two taps on each shoe end. This makes the shoe both heavier and louder. They don't call Tap the ol' soft shoe for nuthin'!
