There is no other person in the country music industry, past or present, that represents the heart and soul of Traditional Country Music like the immortal singer/songwriter Hank Williams. Hank wrote and recorded some of America's most enduring standards, thus establishing himself as the model of soul felt, simplistic expressions that artist across all genres continue to emulate.
It is a privilege and honor to name Hank Williams the 2004 NACMAI Country Legend recipient. Jett Williams, the daughter of Hank Williams and NACMAI Hall of Fame member, accepted the award for her father.
Kirt Webster has been a valued friend of the NACMAI since 1998. The sun is already having a hard time setting on this true and loyal friend of the NACMAI.Accepting the Award for Webster & Associations was Shelly Wims.
