Bwyd Time

Bwyd time    X6

I think I love you
Come on lets dance
I want your body
Here's bwyd time

Bwyd time    X6

Miss Trudy

I was about 7 when I first started having violin lessons.
One minute she was fine, the next she started throwing her violins across the room.

Miss Trudy, she teaches all the girls to sing
Miss Trudy, she teaches the violin
But when the girls turned into pretty, pretty things she
Dried her eyes and cried.

Miss Trudy, she smashed up all her violins
Miss Trudy, she taught all the girls to sing

And when she cries, she cries for only her
The remains of twenty wooden violins scattered across the floor

And when she cries, she cries only for her
Her teardrops fall on my violin on the floor
Miss Trudy, at least you taught the girls to sing

Paid Cheto Ar Pam

Wel paid cheto ar Pam                                                            Well don't cheat on Pam
Wel paid cheto ar Pam mae'r rhan fy hun                                 Well don't cheat on Pam, my own part (*eh?*)
Mae llais hi fel tegan                                                                Her voice is like a toy
A pob tro mae'n agos fi'n teimlo fel brechdan                           And every time she's near I feel like a sandwich
I didn't want to ???
Wel paid cheto ar Pam                                                            Well, don't cheat on Pam
Wel paid cheto ar Pam mae rhan fy hun                                   Well, don't cheat on Pam, my own part.

Eating Salt Is Easy

Whose book is looking over my shoulder?
I'm sure I've read it, but then again I'm far too kind
Look, make me feel colder
Unkindness chimes my fear of whispering lies
Isn't it just fine, with your cheese biscuits and wine

I've seen my way across a room with you
So I'll see my way across the Malibu moon

I've learned a lot from drinking Brooke Bond tea
You were born to walk the streets at night with me,
And no catacombic laughter
A flower pole with sinners in a camera
And with manners of a statesman
Oh what a reputation

I've seen my way across a room with you
So I'll see my way across the Malibu moon
And eating salt is easy, when it's from a spoon

Gewn Ni Gorffen

Cerddon ni dros y tywod                                                         We walked across the sand
A o'n ni byth wedi gweld y traeth o'r...                                     And we never saw the beach from.....
Ond oedd hwnna o flaen                                                          But that was never before

A y problem yw gad ni codi lan yn disgwyl dyfodol                   And the problem is that we wake up expecting a future
Ond nawr mae popeth wedi cael ei... ooo bwrw i'r llawr           But now everything has been... ooo, hit to the floor

Gewn ni gorffen, cyn i ni o hyd yn oed dechrau (x2)                 Let's finish, before we even start

Cerddon ni dros yr haul                                                            We walked across the sun
O'n i'n dal ei llaw ond oedd e...                                                 I held his hand, but he....
dim ond breuddwyd                                                                 Only a dream

A y problem yw mae godre'n ifanc a mae'n                                And the problem is that the edge is young, and he
Chwarae ei darnau lawr y ffon                                                   Plays his parts down the phone

Gewn ni gorffen, cyn i ni o hyd yn oed dechrau (x2)                   Let's finish, before we even start

Iechyd Da (n.b. in this context, Iechyd Da is Welsh for Cheers!, as in drinking...)

Iechyd da fy ffrindiau tlws                                         Good health my pretty friends
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                Good health, good health
Mae'n hwyr mae'n amser cwsg                                  It's late it's time for bed
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                Good health, good health
Beth sydd tu ol i'r drws                                             What is behind the door
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                Good health, good health
Beth sydd tu ol i'r drws                                             What is behind the door
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                Good health, good health
Oh Iechyd                                                                Oh, health

Mae merched rheina'n tlws                                        Those girls are pretty
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                Good health, good health
Mae merched rheina'n tlws                                        Those girls are pretty
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                 Good health, good health
Camgymeriadau, taflwch i'r môr                                 Mistakes, throw to the sea
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                 Good health, good health
Camgymeriadau, taflwch i'r môr                                 Mistakes, throw to the sea
Iechyd da, Iechyd da                                                 Good health, good health
Oh Iechyd                                                                 Oh, health

Iechyd da fy ffrindiau tlws                                         Repeat of first verse
Iechyd da, Iechyd da
Mae'n hwyr mae'n amser cwsg
Iechyd da, Iechyd da
Beth sydd tu ol i'r drws
Iechyd da, Iechyd da
Beth sydd tu ol i'r drws
Iechyd da, Iechyd da
Oh Iechyd

The Telescope And The Bonfire

He picked up his long wooden telescope and looked at the television through it.
He thought he could see his father, but his father had disowned him years ago, so he went outside.
It was cold and the stars shone slightly.
A shooting star flew from one horizon to the other and landed on a small vicarage.
He looked at the vicarage through his long wooden telescope
and saw young children walking out of a smoky bonfire,
each carrying a handful of salt, and placing it in a pile on the grass.
A strange looking man with peculiar hair suddenly appeared
playing a tune on an ancient magdrankricketytube.
He danced a long forgotten dance, leading the children to the heathery cliffs by the sea.

The Man With Salt Hair

Walking through the heather
Gotta watch the weather
Oh, more than ever
If you've got salt hair
Lately, communication
Is reads zero
For the man with salt hair
Orange mind and crumpled shirt
Walking through dirt,
The man with salt hair.
Walking through heather
Gotta watch the weather
Oh, more than ever
If you've got salt hair

(*Can anyone help with the words for the last bit?*)

The Game Of Eyes

They play the game down in Honolulu
There's no lies to the game of eyes
His paper chip slides as she tries
To work out the game of eyes

The game of eyes takes place between two people on a burning marble board
Your moon is your mouth as you try to work out...

The game of eyes (x4)

The game of...

They play the game down in caves in somewhere
There's no lies to the game of eyes
The social worker tries how she tries
To work out the game of eyes

The game of eyes takes place between two people on a burning marble board
My moon is your mouth as I try to work out

The game of eyes (x4)

His heart beat faster as he knew he could love her

The game of eyes (x4)

Blood Chant

Take out your eyes and your ears, and what would you see?

Take out your eyes and your ears, and what would you feel?

Take out your eyes and your ears, and what would you see?

Take out your eyes and your ears, and what would you be?
