Hurl's Tuna Salad New Added XX/XX/09











Required Supplies:
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Cutting Board
1 Cutting Knife
1 Fork
1 Can Opener
1 Spoons (1 is Optional)
1 Holding Plate

Ingredients:
1 Can of Tuna Fish (or Albacore)
Shredded Cheese (Recommend Colby/Jack blend)
Mayonnaise
1 Tomato
Pickle Relish (Optional)
Onion (Optional)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Oregano
Sliced American (or other style) Cheese
Bread
Bacon Bits (Optional)

Prepare To Cook:
1) On the cutting board, use the cutting knife to dice up a tomato.  Place this on the holding plate.
2) On the cutting board again, use the cutting knife to dice up onion.  Place this on the holding plate as well.  NOTE: Onion is optional as many of these ingredients, so it may be omitted if you so choose.

Cooking Instructions:
1) Using the can opener, open the can of tuna fish and use the fork to pour the tuna into the mixing bowl.
2) Next, add the diced tomatoes to the mixing bowl.
3) Add the diced onion to the mixing bowl if you choose to add this to your tuna salad.
4) Take three spoonfuls of pickle relish and add to the mixing bowl if you choose to.
5) Add a layer of shredded cheese to the mixing bowl.
6) Add a layer of bacon bits to the mixing bowl if you so desire.
7) Season the ingredients in the bowl with garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper, and oregano.

8) Take three spoonfuls of mayonnaise and top the mixture in the bowl.  Mix these items together thoroughly until well blended.

9) Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise along both of the slices of bread.
10) Place a layer of sliced cheese on one of the slices of bread.
11) Top the sliced cheese with a helping of the Tuna Salad.  Place the other slice of bread on top of the salad mixture and enjoy.
