SPECIAL PASSES		NEW LINE DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY Registration must be submitted by May 1, 2005, with a signed and dated step sheet, Must be a new dance choreographed no longer than 6 months ago and not placed in another sanctioned event. Choreographer_______________________________ Country Music, name of dance____________________ Non Country, name of dance______________________ not sanctioned under CWDI rules, both div. will be a demo of the entire dance, you may choose up to 6 dancers to demo your new dance with. Bring extra copies to hand out.
