Richard(Tuff)Hedeman 3 time world champion bull rider,hes one of the best there ever has been some folks say.
He was Lane Frosts best friend,they used to rodeo together everywhere,and after Lane was killed,he went on to win the championship that year where he rode for 16 seconds,some folks say he rode an extra 8 seconds for Lane.
everyone knows him as Tuff because when he was 4 he got his hand slammed in a car door and he never cried so they started callin him Tuff and it just stuck.heres some pics
