Oct 9-11 This weekend we will complete the Kingdom Hall to the point to having a useable place of worship. This will include the interior finishing, heating and air conditioning, the floor covings, the seats  etc.

Oct 3-5 This weekend we worked on the landscaping, installed the main entrance door and painted the chair frames

Sept 21-27 This week we had a contractor finish the fascia and eaves troughs. On the weekend we completed the final grade of the lot and laid the sod, planted trees and built a rock garden.

    



Sept 18-20 1998 This weekend we completed the stucco on the outside, the insulation was installed in all the walls and the poly was stapled up on the walls and ceiling.

      
 



Sept.11-12-13 1998:  This weekend was the construction of the outside of the hall, including brick work shingles and fascia. Also the electrical, plumbing, sound, vac lines and other systems were roughed in.

  • July 27- Aug. 5  We completed the preparations for the Kingdom Hall build with the completion of the curbing, the Air Conditioner pad and the paving of the parking lot by Wilson Contracting. We now are waiting for the quick build weekend, which is going to happen this fall.

  • July 23 - 26  This week we  laid in the rebar and attached the lines for the in floor heating system. On Saturday at 7:00 AM the concrete for the pad arrived. We used a concrete pump unit to place the concrete and by 11:00 AM the concrete was completely troweled and starting to set. The  4100 sq.ft. of pad took 11-1/2 truck loads of concrete. In the afternoon the form on the front was removed and the insulation for the footings was put in place



    July 12 - 19 This week we continued the forming of building pad. The plumbers came and roughed in the drains and water pipes. The electrical and telephone conduit was also trenched in. After we tamped the gravel fill for the pad for a firm bed for the concrete.

    July 7- 12 This week we had a contractor do the primary site filling and grading. Also the contractor laid the waterline across Gregoire Drive. We formed and placed the concrete curbs for the parking lot. We also started staking out the concrete pad for the building.
