A good place to start is an introduction. My name is Lorna (but everybody just calls me Dixie), and I am 33 years old. For years, I lived and worked in Tennessee, but my heart and soul has always been in Texas. I recently moved back to San Antonio, and will move again to Somerset once my house is ready. Things in my life have come full-circle, and I am content. When I'm not in college, I like to program in MOOs and chat with friends on There. I also like to do jujitsu and iaido. Country Music and Rodeos are still alive and well in my heart, and a part of my lifestyle. I am also an Amateur Radio operator, and enjoy creating ASCII art. So, as you can see, I keep quite busy most of the time.

On the 'net, I go by Dixie-Chick. "What's with the name", you may ask. Well, I'm from the South, and I'm a Chick! My internet initials have notoriously been D.C., DC and I started out on the 'net as DietCoke over thirteen years ago. However, friends have always called me Dixie since I was a kid.

My love for the Lord is also a very big part of my life, and I strive to live every day as He would want me to. Yes, I make mistakes, but the Lord forgives me, and I try again. The ultimate goal for me is to become a bright, shiny jewel for His crown, not my own treasures! I do not deserve them, except thru the blood of Jesus Christ.
