Hi! I'm a
Registered Nurse working full time in a small local Nursing Home. On January 2, 2006, I celebrated 35 years of marriage to Dennis Barnes. We have raised 4 children, two of them live within 7 miles of us, one lives within 25 miles, and the youngest was killed in a fire in 1999. We have 8 beautiful grandchildren that we love to spoil.

Besides creating webpages and crafts on the computer, I love painting with watercolors, oils, and drawing with pastels and colored pencils. I crochet simple afgans, and have enjoyed drybrushing ceramics for many years. I write poetry and short stories, and have started a romance novel. When I am not working, I also love playing with my grandchildren. I enjoy reading historical romance novels and researching nursing and medical information from the internet. I love country music. We love shopping and researching 5th wheel travel trailers. We hope to buy one in the near future and travel in the USA. We have an extensive rose garden and enjoy watching the birds and butterflies, squirrels and other wild creatures in our yard.

Our son, Joshua is married and has 3 children. He works as a truck driver and is a former Marine. Jason was born in 1974 and also remains single, but has a girlfriend. He drives a semi, hauling propane and other products. Rebecca is a surgical nurse at our local hospital. Four of the grand-children are her children, and the oldest grandchild was born to our youngest daughter, Teresa, who died in a fire in 1999.
