Cesar was born in Manila, The Phillipines. In 1968 he moved to
the United States. He is an artist and wanted to pursue better
opportunities in this country. He lived in the Chicago, IL area
for about 12 years and moved to Southern California in 1979.
In 1968 he started playing drums. When he moved to Southern
California he began playing with various groups in and around El
Monte. He played, jazz, rock and roll and ball room music.
He was invited to sit in with a country band.by Art Maynard. Art
coached him in the art of playing drums for country music. He
started playing for "Flat Out Country" in 1998. He lives with his
family in Glendora.
