Tactics of the Anti - Union TMIC

   
      As all of you who work in the plant at MBUSI know, the tactics of the anti-union TMIC are anything but friendly, moral or ethical. In a desperate attempt to stop the union organizing efforts they have resorted to the type of behavior you would normally associate with kindergarten children. The following are just a few examples of the type of behavior we have come to expect from this group. You judge for yourself if you want to be associated with people like this!

- Vandalizing the personal property of TM's just because they support the UAW:
   
     - Pouring about a gallon of "Hot Sauce" into a TM's toolbox, completely destroying his tools.
     - Breaking into a TM's toolbox destoying the locks.
     - Taking whiteout and completely painting over all the UAW stickers on a TM's bumpcap. TWICE!!


- Physically attacking TM's:

     - Threatening to run over a TM with a dolly and then doing it. Not once but twice!!
     - Intentionally hitting a TM with an engine suspended from a hoist.
