Retired farm machinery sales representative for Minneapolis-Moline Power Implement Co. Charter member Reynoldsburg Historical Society, where he contributed many hand carved scale models. Member Brookwood Presbyterian Church. Also an avid sports fan. Preceded in death by wife Ethel (Wright) Phalor, father Henry Phalor (Civil War Veteran), mother Rebecca (Hare) Phalor, 10 sisters and brothers of whom he was next to the youngest. Survived by daughter, Bonita LaPlante, Columbus; grandchildren, Suzanne Flieder, Tallahasse, Florida, Jeffery J. Johnston, Braunschweig, W.
