We've Moved

After using Dave Ferdon's old McKenzie River Band website for almost two and a half years, we are now at a new location. Click HERE to go to our new website. (thanks for letting us borrow your old site, Dave)

McKenzie River Band

If you are looking for the folks in the photo below, boy are you out of touch! They haven't used this URL for something like 6 years! But if you want to find the modern incarnation of Omaha-area McKenzie River Band, you might try the contact information below. The following writeup and photo are from an online reference to their performance at the 2005 River Fest, whatever that is. Come to think of it, they sound kind of interesting, and I'd enjoy meeting them if they ever decide to travel to western Nevada. We've got a Harrah's Casino out here, too...

Apparently, this is the 2005 (post-Dave Ferdon) version of the McKenzie River Band.

"Formed in 1994, The McKenzie River band currently consists of 5 multi-talented musicians that play a wide variety of music, with a powerful vocal sound. From music consisting of Old Time country, top 40 country, rock-N-roll and oldies, The McKenzie River Band can play it all, with an authenticity to every genre of music. MRB has appeared at local venues including: Bushwakers, Coyote Willies, The Remedy, Local street dances, The Harrah's Casino Diamond club extravaganza and most recently River Fest 2005!!! You don't want to miss this show!"
