American Car sucks in general. They're a big and suck gas. No American cars are quality made, and if they are they're probably expensive enough to purchase a better car from Japan or Germany. You American car owners acknowledge that German and Japanese ca s are far superior than American ones. It's a good thing American car companies learn from the Japanese on how to make cars more aerodynamic instead of boxy. See ya later.

My last Ford was an 83 Escort. After 2 1/2 years and $3000+ in repairs on a car that cost less than $5k to buy, I was cured. That was on top of thousands spent by the warranty and extended warranty companies. It was in the shop no less than 40 times in hat time. After the engine was replaced at 42k my wife refused to drive another Ford again. We became a GM Family.

Had an '89 Probe GT. Great car! Unfortunately, it influenced me to buy 2 more Ford products: '91 Continental & '93 SHO. Spent thousands in unnecessary and unexpected repairs like wiper motors, window motors, fuel door releases, transmissions when car w s just out of service. Asked Ford (after being a 10 yr. customer & spending $60,000 on their products) to help me out by paying 1/2 of costs that were outside normal repairs. They said "tough luck, our stuff's selling well anyway." I said I understand. No more Fords! Bought 2 Hondas...
