A Cowboy Balladeer is a cowboy who sings songs accompanied by a guitar, or some similar instrument. I sing cowboy ballads,instead of reciting cowboy poetry. I also speak of cowboy life and ranching during the 1880's period of american history. I do this professionally full time and I live in the Great State of New Mexico where I ply my craft. In other words, HAVE GUITAR, WILL TRAVEL!
My major outlets are at El Rancho De Las Golandrinas in Santa Fe and the Downs of Albuquerque Race Track. I also perform and act with several gunfighter groups and have my own costuming and props.
I have recorded one CD entitled "Cowboy Songs of The Old West." Musicianship and vocals by yours truly, of course.
