&Transfer Weight to Heels of Both Feet & Spread Toes Out

&Transfer Weight to Toes & Bring Heels Back Together Again.

    PATTERN TWO:
1 - 8SIDE STRUT, CROSS STRUT, KICK FORWARD,
KICK BACK, CROSS, UNWIND, JUMP, HOLD
1 &Step to Side on Toe of Right Foot, Step Down on Right
2 &Step Left Toe Across Right, Step Down on Left
3, 4Kick Right Foot Back on 45°, Kick Right Foot Forward on 45°
5, 6Cross Right Foot Over Left, Unwind ½ Turn Anti-Clockwise
7, 8Jump Forward on Both Feet (Small Jump), Hold.

NOW, HERE'S HOW TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER...

Dance both patterns through twice (in order), then dance Pattern One up to the ¹,
then start it again. This time at the end of Pattern One, repeat the last 2½ Counts
before going into Pattern Two, which gets danced up to the ² before starting that
Pattern again & go right through to the finish... WHEW!
This isn't as tricky as it seems because...
        PATTERN ONE = THE VERSE
        PATTERN TWO = THE CHORUS
So all of this effort is to keep the dance phrased nicely with the music!
(and YES...I HAVE TAUGHT THIS TO A CLASS & THEY ALL GOT IT &,
THEY ALL LOVED IT!)
