EASY HAM RING (This is great as a "sandwich" or main dish)
(Use ham and crescent roll dough from Ham Dinner.
Commercial Crescent roll dough may be used if you prefer)
CRANBERRY RELISH (Leftover from Ham Dinner)
The two items above make a good meal plus any leftovers from
Ham Dinner would be good, if you want a "full" meal, add the
following:

DESSERT: Any leftovers from Ham Dinner or perhaps fresh
fruit

EASY HAM RING
6-ounces Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 1 package (10-ounces) frozen
RECIPES
EASY HAM RING
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
2 teaspoons instant minced onion or 2 tablespoons fresh
onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mustard
6-ounces (1-1/2 cups) Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 1 package (10-ounces) frozen
broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup ham, diced
1 part Old-Fashioned Roll dough or 1 can (8-ounces) crescent
roll dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray with cooking
spray a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Roll dough. Cut into 8 to 10 triangles. Place on prepared
cooking sheet in a circle, large ends in the middle, they
may slightly overlap.
In a large bowl, combine, margarine, onion, lemon juice,
mustard and cheese. Mix well. Add ham and broccoli. Mix
well.
Spoon mixture onto upper portion of dough. Fold points over
the filling and tuck under the bases at the center of the
circle.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 sandwich meal servings or 8 "full-meal" servings.
SUGGESTED ORDER OF PREPARATION:
1.
Assemble and bake Easy Ham Ring. This will take about 45
minutes.
2.
Cook rice according to package directions.
I like to be able to use all my leftovers in this delicious
meal. I prefer to have a sandwich meal with perhaps pickles
and/or chips.
