God loves every man and wants every man to believes in Him and to be saved. God honors the free will of man so much, so that every man is given a free will to choose, not like a robot.
A servant of God who walked with God named Sadhu Suundar Singh from India once was taken to heaven to see the glory of God. He asked the Lord Jesus, "Lord, do You love every man?" The Lord answered, "Yes, I love every man so much." Sadhu continued his question, "Then why there are men in hell, being burned and suffering? Why don't You let every man to to heaven?"
Answering the question, the Lord commanded an angel to take a man from hell into the presence of the Lord. Tha man came with a terrible and shrieking shout, "Oh no, oh no, dont take me here, I am so tormented, more than where I came from." He shouted, shouted, and shouted for more, then the angel put the man to his original place.
Eventually Sadhu understood that the glory of the Lord cannot compromise with sin, so that the sinners will be more tormented in the presence of the Lord than in their original place.
Only the holy men can be in His presence. All men have sinned dan lost the glory of the Lord, therefore their destination is: Hell. Man cannot redeem himself, moveover other person. Only a man without sin who can redeem man, that why God became man to redeem us all. For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
Therefore believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, then you will receive salvation, redemption from sins dan will be able to stand in the presence of God.
Hebrews 12.14:
Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.
1Peter 1.14-16:
14[Live] as children of obedience [to God]; do not conform yourselves to the evil desires [that governed you] in your former ignorance [when you did not know the requirements of the Gospel]. 15But as the One Who called you is holyu, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living. 16For it is written, "You shall be holy, for I am holy."
