Be it known to all persons by this Certificate that Don Warburg, WA6HNC has served TCARA in many ways over the years - he has been President and held many other Club offices, he started our ARRL testing sessions, initiated Newsline on the TCARA net, and more. Don has been of inestimable value to the Club.

It is the desire of the TCARA Board, on behalf of the Membership, to commend Don for his years of service. We thank him for the many hours of hard work which he has provided to TCARA, and for his continuing support of the Club.
