Be it known to all persons by this Certificate that Joe Lyddon, WB6UFX has served TCARA in many positions over many years - he has been President and other Club offices, Net Control, QRM Editor, Club Database Manager, Internet Home Page creator, and more - and has been of outstanding value to the Club.

It is the desire of the TCARA Board, on behalf of the Membership, to commend and thank Joe for the many hours of hard work which he has invested in service to the Club during past years, and which he continues to provide.
