During a Sunday nite net, the person that was supposed to obtain and present the Latest Newsline Broadcast failed to check-in with Newsline. John, without being asked to do so and on his own volition, obtained and recorded the Newsline and had it available for the Net by the time it was needed. A true Super deed!

John, on another occasion, helped carry heavy ham equipment up into our radio room at the church.
