Building your dream home is one of the most important investments of time and money you?ll experience in your lifetime.  That is why it?s   important to have the right team of professionals help you realize your dream.  Icon Construction Services (ICS) and North American Housing Corporation (NAHC) have the experience to help you through the process of selecting, customizing, and building your home.  We?ll work with you to select a style and floor plan that best fits your needs.  Then we explain what options are available to customize your house.  These changes are sent to NAHC so their engineers can draft the changes and determine exact costs. 
THE PROCESS:
Once the house is sent into production it may take 8 to 12 weeks before it is ready to be shipped to the job site.  The house is built the same as it would be done on the job site, except here it is done inside a controlled environment.  The process includes third party inspections throughout various stages of construction to ensure your home meets all national building code requirements.  While it is in the factory being built, we make sure your site is prepared and ready to receive the housing modules.
READY...SET...GO?When the house is completed and ready for transport, we have the crane and the erection crew waiting at the jobsite.  The house is set and under roof all in one day.  Next we install all loose shipped items and make final connections for electrical and plumbing work.  Your heating system is always installed after the house is set.  Other finishing touches include installation of flooring and final grading, seeding, and landscaping.  The only thing left is moving in to enjoy your new custom system built house.
