An Artist- This is the college essay I wrote to for the University of Southern Maine.

Maria- This is a short story I wrote. It's kind of long, and it's about a teenage girl that is reunited with her mother after twelve years. My parents are still very happily married, and I hope that this story isn't completely wrong, as I have not experienced what this girl goes through.

Women of Honor- This is a larger project that started out as a piece based on a gravestone in a cemetary near my house. I did a lot of research for this piece: dates, wars, and things like that. I hope you enjoy it.

The Fork- kind of depressing... kind of autobiographical... Written during my senior year of high school.
