Dave died on Feb. 8, 1994 from Malignant Melanoma. He was a very special person with a wonderful family and a heart of gold. He is greatly missed by family and friends and the farm. I am sure his soul goes on ... and often feel he is nearby, especially when I see a hawk. I'm not sure why a hawk ... it just seems Dave is near whenever I see one.
The song "Wind Beneath My Wings" also brings thoughts of Dave and who he was and how he lived his life. Miss you, Davey.
