Its an anasthetic with analgesic, used as a tranqulizer. This substance I have come across but have never tried yet. Resulting from knowing my Russian housemates who used to cook up using cute little flat pan.
It comes on liquid that sell by the ml but then cooked up and left the a residue as the liquid all vaporated.
It could be snorted when its powder, injected,or mix with drink that according to some people will lead to the feeling of nausea and longer time to take effect.
This drug work as a hallucinogens the same like LSD but even more instense, having people experiencing synaesthesia (hearing 'colours' and 'seeing' sounds),euphoria, deppression, anxiety attack, and confusion.
The Peaking would last in a period of 30-60 minutes follow by a come down, it only stays temporarely.

Similiar to the movie ' Lawnmower Man' where a person was given a shot of a stimulant drug and connected to a cyber virtuality game of flying in space of a computer hardware.
Funny stoiry was interviewing my housemates Dmitri for half an hour wanting to know what he is feeling.
I ask him how did he came home from college, he answered "Flying." then ask more things from him like where can he take me, he said where ever I want to be. I wanted to go to Disneyland florida , he said " We are. You are flying beside me". and he refused it when I say if can we stop in LA, because according to him when we fly and stop flying we will fall and die. I was laughing as what I meant was like we land, instead of just stop in the middle of flying. It was fun asking those things.
Bad story was we lost a friend on a holiday in Rome who decided to snort Kthamine and have a little swim in a shallow water fountain. He never did came back from that swim.
