These shots were taken on my holiday trip back home in 1998   Right when demonstration are still hot and happening every - everywhere.
  This one taken  at a local demo in Jakarta, a mass anger for the split of  one of the Government Parties.
  There was not any violance,
as the Authority once again step on to the street with gears as pictured below.
  A large number of people occupying the street caused a small time chaos, as they stop
the traffic from moving. and the police everywhere as pictured below.
  Me and my friend and a couple more females are the only  photographer appears on the scene, the rest of them males and some Locals  and International TV and media reporters like the BBC and the CNN.
  These days small demo could
turn into a violent riot in no time, so mostly people would
avoid going out and would much prefered to just sits at home waiting untill the  situation calms down a little bit.
   No one was harm on this demonstration.
