In the last three years, we have seen a tremendous improvement in the running and progress of Alpine German Kitchens. The company's principle product
Poggenpohl has had a boost of awareness and confidence in our designated market. The best and most appealing ever seen in the entire history of the product since it first appeared on the South African market some 12 years ago.Not only do the number of units sold over the last three years 1996-1999 bear testament to this, but so will client referrals for future sales. Since I started, with Alpine, there have been no dissatisfied, disappointed or disgruntled clients. Every sale has been handled with meticulous attention to detail and best workmanship possible, from design through to installation.
Wrongly ordered materials, damaged materials and general mistakes from ordering through to installation were at an absolute minimum, another first in the history of this product in South Africa.
Marketing and advertising is optimal, and the success of which can be seen by the ratio of inquiries to sales. We have managed to isolate the serious buyers from the casual browsers, though we have always welcomed both! There is always a prospective Poggenpohl owner in a casual browser because everyone deserves the quality afforded by this product. Someday I too will be the proud owner of my own luxury German kitchen. Poggenpohl - because I can't afford to own an imitation!
Short of taking all the credit for myself and my team, I wish to thank Karl Hans Kebert for the opportunity afforded me to achieve these successes within his company. A daunting challenge for most, has been an absolute pleasure for me.
