SHE DON'T KNOW
She don't know that I know where she goes,
who she sees,
what she does
when she goes out late at night,
but I know.
She don't know that I know what it means,
when she glows like a rose in the pale moonlight-
I know that look, when love is new,
once she had it with me, too.
Wish I didn't, but I know
Yet I know she loves me still,
and I hope she always will.
Her love may not be always true,
but it's what I've got and it will do,
She don't know that I know
where she goes,
who she sees'
what she does'
but I know,
and she doesn't know about you.
You hold my hand and ease my pain,
your love is all that keeps me sane,
And they say you can't love two-
well, I've  proved that isn't true,
I love her, I love you, too,
We get our love in bits and pieces,
More than often, we're apart,
Still my love for you increases,
You are always in my heart,
Your kiss, your touch you give so free,
But darlin' still I wonder,
does your "he" know about me?
