Statis Tics stopped short in his tracks and yelped, “Wh wh wh wh what what what.....”
The other giants stood frozen where they were, and looked at this magic. Their worst fears had come true. Infinity had arrived in the jungle of Mathssss.
The Little One seemed to grow taller and taller. The other Numbers came and crowded around him, looking up at him in wonder. For a moment there was complete silence in the jungle of Mathssss.
Then came a clear, bell-like voice from nearby.
“Behold the Infinite One! Behold the Lord of the Universe! Behold the Savior of Mathematics! Behold The All Powerful! All behold The One and Only One!”
This was, of course, the little blue fairy Ari-the-Metic, hovering close by, grinning from ear to ear.
Trign O’Metry started beating her head with both her hands. Al Gebra fell down on his knees and gibbered in fear with his eyes closed. Ge O’Metry tied himself up in knots all over himself in order to escape notice. Statis Tics fell flat on his face and started clawing the earth, making a big ditch in his anxiety. The other Numbers started coming closer to the Infinite One. They were a bit scared now. This One did not look like their well known little brother! But they knew that the giants were now defeated.
Meanwhile, the giants started begging for mercy.
“O Infinite One!” said Statis Tics, “Please do not kill us with your magic ball!”
“We will go away from here! We will never come back again if you have pity on us and let us go!” said Trign O’Metry.
“Please gib gib gib gibberty forgib us...” said Al Gebra.
“O Infinity! Leave us alone! We will serve you for ever!” squeaked Ge O’Metry from between his different angles.
Now the Infinite One spoke loud and clear...
