God Gave Me This Woman To Love
With eyes that see beyond wisdom,
with lips, bound to tell the truth,
whose touch is always heaven.
Sometimes she pushes me up,
other times she pulls me down.
Sometimes she makes me laugh,
other times she makes me cry.
Still I love her
more than I ever did in my life.
Because I know,
God gave me this woman to love.
I wrote this poem when Belinda was still my girlfriend and later put it in our Wedding Invitation Cards
