Sanctuary

You enter through a secret passage way into a dark, silent and strangely peaceful room. There is a scent of Sage incense and Frankincense in the air. It feels as though you have entered a church, the respectful quiet and sense of security humbles and relaxes you.

There is an altar here, with several magical objects, tools and items on it. The shelves in this room hold many candles, herbs, crystals, rocks, pouches, oils, parchments, magical texts and small statues. The walls of the room look like a giant tree trunk... Are you inside a tree?

This is a place of power, you think to yourself, and are quite awestruck by the beauty and nurturing solitude of your surroundings. You lose all sense of time and feel almost sleepy, you are so relaxed and blissfully happy. Never have you felt so at peace, as if you were being held and rocked within your mother's arms.

You notice there is no roof to this place. You gaze up into the sky and realise you could go anywhere from here. You look at the broom sitting inconspicuously in the corner and smile to yourself.
