Look Who came to stay with us this year - an american kestral family.
The smallest american falcons came to nest in the dealership. they laid and hatched four eggs
unfortunately only one survived
In part to our intervention and one of the local wildlife rejuvination facilities -
Wildlife Works - they had 2 other immature kestral separated from thier parents durring the
Pittsburgh tornadoes (Mount Washington) of 1998. all three of these birds learned to hunt and were rereleased into the wild!!!!
***Note:Keeping these Birds WILL result in prosecution by wildlife authorities***
These are some pictures taken of all four - before the preditors attack- I cant tell you which one was lucky but I am sure all four are in these photos!
